Male and Female FOUR WEEK CLASS focusing on specific area muscle groups.
Each day will be a different area of focus
Example: Lower Body/Legs – all exercises will be for the quadriceps/hamstrings, and calves.
The exercises are simple yet intense requiring a drive that will increase endurance, energy, and focus.
This type of focus will help with target area toning, shaping, and weight loss.
